Tim… Trying to find us a proper noodle house.
Dinner with the Sonik Distribution Crew after Agenda Tradeshow.
I was on this Yamanote Line like crazy since it does a circle around Tokyo
and takes you to all the main transfer spots for other trains/subways.
Takeshita St. I would walk down this busy (Santee Alley style) street, everyday on way
to Agenda. Had me some bomb rolled up crepes with ice cream one day… Mmmm.
WTF… All I wanna know is who is SHE texting?!
This homie was straight napping on the busy Shibuya streets.
Ice cold.
These Cicada bugs (Semi) were all over, everywhere we went… Making their buzzing
sound for the minimal lifetime they have and letting you know summer is here.
Was hyped to make it to Koishikawa, a japanese garden in Tokyo.
Met these homies. Nock and Kyame from Eastside Ballers.
Good peeps and on the hustle at the Ikebukuro station.
This place was pretty wild… So I ended up following some interesting looking people
into an elevator, which led me to an underground level of this one Rosa building where I
found myself in the middle of a Strawberry Song Orchestra live show. I was tripping!
This is how I would communicate with Kyo (our Japanese intern) to get somewhat
directions to my next destination, although I still had to figure out what the Japanese symbols meant when I got out in the streets and if I was even headed towards the
right direction most of the time. Can’t complain though, 90% of the time I got there.
This is one of the times I made it out fine with a small train to taxi ride…
My destination was reached. Have A Good Time is a must go to low-key shop,
carrying limited graff mags and apparel, including the shops very own Homerun gear!
I dipped out to Asakusa one of the days and took flicks of some of the amazing
temples in the city. Luckily I got there just before it started pouring.
This MAID was not having it in Akihabara.
Ahhh… Seaweed udon noodle soup.
While in Akihabara we checked out this spot called Don Quijote, which seriously was
a 8 story one stop shopping mall. On the 8th floor it was pretty much a sex shop
where they were slanging these 6 pack of eggs… Tengaegg‘s to be exact. No joke!
Then it was back to the west coast…
… And back to the grind.
Enjoy the rest of the photos from the trip below.
